Me and my son came here to eat because we haven't ate all day and I do not recommend the orange chicken or the shrimp that has the sauce but the other food was really good. The area was good it wasn't too bad. We were there for a whole hour and thirty minutes and nobody ask us if we wanted refills.

People lined up out the door waiting on a table. Many tables empty but needed cleaning. No clean cups or spoons, had to use disposable and then couldnt get refills. I asked the 2 girls standing behind counter talking to each other if we could please get refills. I was told no, that they were hostesses, not servers! I wanted to ask...but are you humans?! Because there is no way I could stand at that counter and watch the people standing in a line not moving, seeing dirty tables, no clean dishes and customers upset because they could not get a Spoon or a drink or a refill and leaving angry. Obviously thinking long term not their forte. Your job security is people wanting to return and I didnt see one happy customer in there! She did leave counter to go sit down to roll forks. Lol of course they wont be needed if someone doesnt clean tables so the line of people can sit down! Prioritizing is also key.

My son and I stopped here while taking my Corvette for an afternoon day trip. This is one of the better Asian buffets in the Golden Triangle. They don't have a huge selection of buffet islands, but all of the food was very fresh, even when running out. It hadn't been out very long. Plus the cooking, the recipes, seem to be very dialed in and well-balanced. I could taste every flavor in the dishes separately and distinctly but also tasted the whole of it together. Very good food. Service was great, they kept our drinks full and our table clear. Will visit again next time we're in Lumberton. The price was also very agreeable - $25 after tax. Two buffets and one fountain drink, I had a water.

We haven't been to the Yummy Buffet in years. The first time we went it was not very yummy. We decided to try it again and the food was great!! The price was really great as well. The service is good, but a tad slow. There was only one host/ cashier and it was pretty busy. The atmosphere is like a normal buffet.

I love, love, love their food, especially their chicken on the stick. The best Chinese Food, in Southeast TX. Where else can you go in the afternoon and get all if this for less than $25. Do not let the outward appearance and inward looks stop you! Don't pass up any chance of going to Yummy Buffet. Trust me, you won't regret it.
